Deadlifts, Squats & Bench Press
When you deadlift you are building your traps, biceps,forearms, all of the muscles in your back, your abs, your glutes, hamstrings and calves. That’s a pretty comprehensive exercise isn’t it?
When you squat you’re building your quads, hamstrings, calves, back and shoulders. Again, pretty comprehensive.
Bench pressing works the pecs, front delts and triceps.
All of these exercises are functional and great for physical development and unity prevention
