On this episode of "The VeST", I was able to speak with Chantel Fucci about her new endeavor into racing cars with the help of VETMotorspors, Frank Schwartz with Grass Paddock Motorsports and CorgiSport Revision. We discussed how getting behind the wheel has helped her keep her mind sharp and improve her mental health.

In remembrance of SPC Isaac Stechshulte.

    1. Wiggins, Froome, Brailsford: the inside story of British cycling's golden age, with Kenny Pryde

We explore one of the biggest sports stories of the last 30 years: how did British cyclists come from nowhere to dominate their sport so completely, on both track and road?

Author Kenny Pryde claims that, between its Olympic and Tour de France successes, Team GB/Team Sky have been the most successful team in the history of sport.

How did that happen? And what about the question marks that have emerged, with allegations of bullying, doping and sexism?

Pryde, a former editor of Winning magazine and writer for Cycling Weekly and Cycle Sport, has spent five years investigating the story. He discusses his book, 'The Medal Factory: British Cycling and the Cost of Gold' with Duncan Steer.

The interview was recorded at a live event at the Grand Central in Brighton. For news of (we hope) more events and future podcast guests, please see radiodaysevents.com or visit our Radio Days Events Facebook page.

In this episode, Heather speaks with long time colleague and friend Kelly.  They currently work for the same company (who shall not be named) although on different ends of the country and in different roles.  Kelly shares about her education in microbiology, her career path thus far, her new(ish) role as a manager, as well as what she likes to do in her free time.  Hint: her hobbies include cars and guns - how badass is that?
