Jenna Fischetti is a lifelong Maryland resident who founded TransMaryland.org in 2009, which seeks to serves the Maryland transgender and ally communities by providing services, education, support and advocacy which promotes and improves the health, safety and life experience of the Maryland transgender individual and community.She has held a position of volunteer facilitator to The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Baltimore's (GLCCB) Gender Identity Groups since 2006. She practices a holistic approach to her transition, a process of integrating the inner and outer to produce integrity.She occasionally contributes her experiences of her personal journey at Noncisgender.com.She likes to state she âwas born in the correct gender and body, as incongruent as they may be. Society unfortunately was born with the incorrect tolerance, patience and understanding.

Lana is a 30 year veteran of the fire service where she transitioned on the job in Dec 2008 and currently works as a Captain. She has been active in her local community as a co-facilitator of a peer-lead TG support group and was recently installed as Moderator at North Congregational United Church of Christ.  Lana assists in the administration duties for the popular social network, PINKessence.com has presented inspirational workshops at First Event, Colorado Gold Rush. TransOhio, and SCC.

Curtis Hinkle - Founder of the Organisation Intersex International http://www.intersexualite.org Curtis founded OII originally for people who are French-speaking in North America. OII was soon joined by other independently minded people from countries where English was not the official first language, whom Curtis let establish their own sections with their own languages.
