    Episode 30 | Scream 3 (2000)

    Episode 30 | Scream 3 (2000)

🎬 It's time for another Scream podcast, this time the infamously campy third instalment. In this episode we will discuss why Scream 3 deserves a lot more recognition than it receives, but also why it is still deeply flawed, and all of the changes that could have been done to make it better. This includes everything from the unremarkable opening scene featuring Cotton Weary, to the wasted potential of Sidney's deteriorating mental health from being isolated for so long. Mostly, we just have a really fun time revisiting the story and all of the characters, which felt like we could have gone on for another two hours. We still left room for The Cherry Picker nominations though, because of course, we have to choose which character we think was most deserving to die.
