    The 3 Keys to Health and Wellness

    Water, Protein, Sleep. Most people with chronic pain, illness or injury will not do these three things to ensure their body has the required building blocks to fight illness, repair injury and change body and brain chemistry.  If I had 5 cents for every hurting and sick patient that would not do these basics,  I'd be a millionaire from the change.  These three steps are easy and cost little Except for a small lifestyle change.  Water, Protein, Sleep. So NO MATTER what you have done (meds, surgery, injections) to treat your current condition, you are have not really started until you follow this simple protocol, yes even if it has been years, many specialists and thousands out of pocket!   It makes no difference what you are trying address or heal, eating 100 grams of quality protein a day, drinking 3-4 quarts of water per day and getting 8 hours of sleep a day can start to turn around most health conditions.  You only start healing when you are doing ALL 3 of these things consistently.
