History and traditions are important in our story as they always remind us who we are, Whose we are, and where we come from. But if our story doesn't also look forward we can die in the traditions we seek to honor. Today our church celebrates 122 years as a church body and we look at Acts 2 which helps us remember our own history, but also dream forward because Real Belief Inspires Movement!

Pastor Francis Chan once said, "Our greatest fear should not be of failure but of succeeding at things in life that don't really matter." In the Book of Acts, we see read as person after person, in city after city rebelled against a life of just going through the motions spiritually, politically, and culturally and came alive with purpose. Joy is often talked about in Christianity but is it really possible? What about when things are falling apart? What about when plans don't go according to plan? What about when my heart isn't really in it? Today we take a look at the Biblical picture of joy and what it means to CHOOSE Joy, RETURN to Joy, GIVE Joy Away, and CELEBRATE Joy.
