Unravelling your Core beliefs in business to help you to show up with Olivia Charlet

Ever felt not quite confident, not shifting your business forward in the way that you would like and something is holding you back? Not shifting the needle in the way that you would like to?

This week on the show I caught up Olivia Charlet who works with business owners on how to gain confidence and shift yourself forward. We dig into why women do often do not feel worthy or hold themselves back. We discuss how childhood impacts and you build a belief that then impacts how you are showing up and the stories that we tell ourselves and how we show up impacts that. This can make it difficult for you to show up. 

We also discuss Fear and how that shows up and how you can work through it. Plus how you can work through issues and face things head on. 

We discuss tips and techniques to understand our thinking habits and how to work through this. For example we talked about labelling stories and creating distance between stories.
