Kate Cocker, from the Volley network, suggests practicing this simple breathing exercise: breathe in for a count of four, hold for a moment, and then breathe out for a count of four. This can be done in any position, even while walking or moving around. By focusing on your breath, you can create a small boundary in your day, separating periods of high activity and allowing your brain to prepare for the rest of your day. Remember, you have the power to take a moment for yourself, and this simple exercise can help you do just that. Try it out and see the positive impact it can have on your day.
