    Podcast Summary

    • Visualizing emotions as inner animalsComparing inner emotions to animals can help manage and gain perspective on them, acknowledging their importance in protecting us instinctively.

Our inner emotions and reactions can be compared to different animals, and visualizing and managing them as such can help us gain perspective and control. Our irrational minds, which can sometimes be compared to a wild animal, need to be acknowledged and managed, as they serve an important role in protecting us instinctively. By visualizing our inner emotions as animals, we can build a relationship with them and learn to calm and reassure them when needed. This can be a helpful tool in managing stress, anxiety, and other emotional experiences. So, on World Wildlife Day and every day, let's appreciate and care for our inner wildlife while also acknowledging its importance in our lives. Remember, our inner animals are a part of us, and they need our care and attention to help us navigate the world.
