Other stories were true, such as the royal beekeeper informing the bees of the queen's death and President Biden getting stuck in traffic on his way to the funeral. The episode also touched on some light-hearted moments, such as Cher accidentally calling the queen a cow instead of the "goat" (greatest of all time) in a tweet. • Unexpected opponents can bring significant changesUnexpected opponents, be it in politics, business, or personal life, can lead to unexpected challenges and significant changes

In the US, the New York attorney general sued Donald Trump for business fraud, and a group of migrants filed a class action lawsuit against Governor DeSantis. Even in the world of cosmetic surgery, the trend could be towards the unusual, such as adding more skin to the elbows for a longer elbow droop or injecting Botox into the amygdala to temporarily paralyze emotions. In Russia, Putin's announcement of a draft led to an increase in searches for unusual topics like "how to break an arm at home," while Ford introduced an app to alert users when they are about to be hit by a Ford car. Message for the Times We Are In

We are hurting. We are struggling and our faith in humanity is being challenged each day. I was at a loss on how to help so I turned to where I get my strength from when I can't find it within me, Spirit.   My guides had a message for a class I was leading and it made such an impact on the group, I decided to share it here too.

What is a bad response to loneliness? with Vassia Sarantopoulou (part 2)

Happy Monday trIBe! In the previous episode on Loneliness, we discussed in depth what loneliness is and discovered the common emotional reaction to avoid the feeling of loneliness. In this episode, together with Vassia Sarantopoulou @antiloneliness, we will discuss how you can identify your “bad” response to loneliness vs just experiencing the normal feeling of it. We will focus more on the practical techniques on how to address loneliness.

“We all felt lonely in our life. This doesn’t say anything about you nor this makes you unlikable. This is just the message from your body system saying “hey, something is missing here. We need to bring it back”. That’s it. It is normal if you’re feeling like that in your life and especially during the isolation”.
