I get asked frequently about my daily regimen. This is a summary of my routine including diet, supplements and other practices.
Dr. Shawn Baker discusses his book The Carnivore Diet. We discuss the many benefits of eating a meat only diet and dispel the untruths that surround this way of eating. Joe Tippens was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer in 2016 and given just a few months to live. Through a series of events, he started taking an antiparasitic medicine called Fenbendazole.
