D’autant que chaque plateforme à ses propres codes, sa propre « grammaire », et qu’il est donc déconseillé de publier la même chose partout.

    Mes invités ont des stratégies toute différentes, et toutes pertinentes. A vous de trouver celle qui correspond le mieux  vos objectifs, à votre audience, mais aussi à vos contraintes.

    Ce n'est pas tous les jours qu'on rencontre quelqu'un qui a fait de sa vie une aventure épique pour la planète. Le parcours de mon invitée du jour est assez singulier. Il incarne la passion, l'engagement, et une quête incessante de sens. C'est cette voix qui résonne fort dans l'éco-sphère, du journalisme engagé à la défense acharnée des océans et de leurs habitants les plus mal compris : les requins. Mon invitée du jour est Cyrielle Hariel.

    Enfant, elle grandit en idolâtrant Oprah et Michael Jackson, et se lance dans une quête pour changer le monde à travers les médias. De Canal+ à BFM Business, en passant par des TEDx enflammés, Cyrielle n'a jamais vraiment choisi la facilité. Et maintenant ? Elle plonge tête première dans le grand bleu pour nous parler des rois de l'océan.

    Dans cet épisode, Cyrielle nous ouvre son cœur (et quel cœur !) sur son parcours hors du commun. Elle nous raconte ses débuts, son combat contre une maladie cardiaque qui l'a poussée à se surpasser, et comment elle utilise les réseaux sociaux pour toucher des centaines de milliers de personnes. Avec des vidéos qui cartonnent et une communauté qui grandit chaque jour, elle prouve que passion et persévérance peuvent vraiment faire la différence.

    Anne Francin est professeure de yoga, doula et host du podcast Divines.

    “Bonne élève et perfectionniste” c’est ainsi qu’Anne se définit plus jeune. Il fallait que tout soit bien fait, au millimètre près. C’était donc tout naturel, pour tout le monde, qu’elle se retrouve à étudier en école de commerce puis à travailler dans le milieu de la communication… sauf pour elle ! Elle confie que, très vite, ce qu’elle faisait alors était en décalage avec ses valeurs. 

    En 2009, elle découvre le yoga, avant de l'enseigner. Elle prend ensuite des cours pour devenir doula. Elle raconte que ce n’était pas encore suffisant et qu’elle avait besoin de stimuler son cerveau, encore plus. Elle veut échanger avec des femmes qui l’inspirent, et parce qu'elle ne voulait pas "garder tout ça pour [elle]”, elle lance son podcast.

    Comme la majorité des créateurs de contenus, Anne explique qu’elle fait tout elle-même: le contact des invités, l’enregistrement, le montage, la rédaction des descriptifs etc. Depuis récemment, elle songe à déléguer une partie de sa production par faute de temps. Lors des enregistrements, elle privilégie le face à face. Elle explique que cela facilite les échanges et permet à l’invité de se sentir à l’aise. Elle préfère se déplacer au domicile de son invitée, une démarche pour laquelle, confie-t-elle, elle avoue une "petite part de curiosité".
