When You still Love your Ex

When You still Love your Ex

Sometimes when exiting one relationship and entering another we don't always take the necessary time to completely heal and release those experiences and feelings. To be completely honest those feelings of attachment and comfortability keep us more connected than feelings of happiness and love.

We recommend not only giving yourself time but self-reflecting and practicing self-awareness to ensure you are where you need to be personally before starting something new with someone else.

    How to Defeat Divorce Drama

    How to Defeat Divorce Drama

In this episode, host Chandra B. interviews Dr. Tina about ways to divorce without Drama. We know that nearly 50% of marriages end in divorce. So why do people still choose to tie the knot? Despite people getting married at an older age the rate of divorce hasn't change in the past several decades...so whats the problem?
Chandra B. and Dr. Tina take a hard look at what divorce attorneys are citing as reasons couples are calling it quits. Traditional reasons like Addictions, Violence and Infidelity are clear but what about Incompatibility, Growing Apart and Lack of Commitment.
The pandemic has forced many couples to remain in their household together after the decision to divorce has been made due to finances or the court system being closed or having reduced functioning. The two identify such scenarios and steps to avoid drama as well as reframe how they view the situation. Although the last thing one may be thinking about is persevering the friendship it will beneficial especially when children are involved. #Divorce is a major loss even if you are the one filing the paperwork, be sure to allow yourself time to go through the grieving process. Getting to a place of acceptance will help your mental health and allow you to divorce with your dignity and without drama.

How To Do A Radio Interview After Crying Until 2am In The Morning

How To Do A Radio Interview After Crying Until 2am In The Morning & Staying With Someone After They Cheat

This episode is my story about a horrible heartbreak where I felt unworthy. And to show you all that you're worthy of love, respect and someone that values all of you. That we've all gone through horrible moments in our life, but we can come out on the other side and learn from it.

As artists, and just human beings we are always expected to be "on", to be happy all the time, but it's okay to not be okay.
