    #16 - Riley Edwards & Eric Schafer

    #16 - Riley Edwards & Eric Schafer

In the 16th Episode of No Name Fame: The Band Gets Back Together! I used to produce a sports podcast with two of my friends - Eric Schafer and Riley Edwards. We called our show "3 Guys Talking About Sports"... if you want to check out the 2 last episodes - search Soundcloud for "3 Guys Sports". Riley is a Sports Broadcaster for CMU Athletics and Eric is continuing to expand his resume as well as filmography -  while traveling around the U.S.

We look at how much we've all done in just 3 little, yet LONG years; get an inside look at the sports broadcasting world; watch some Toks; and critique ourselves as well as the last scene of "The King of Staten Island" (I know - long story)... oh - and there's some ASMR talk too... all in this episode of No Name Fame!

A Ray of Hope Discussion With Ashley Scheetz - #439

One of the biggest blessings I have going for me are the many students that I get to connect with throughout my 31 years of teaching so far.  Ashley Scheetz is one of those former students of mine, that has also become a teacher.  So many of my students have become "teachers" in they teach this teacher many lessons that I know I need to have in my life.  You will see in our discussion that she is such a difference maker with everything she does.  This conversation shows her heart is in the right place, where she is looking to be a servant leader - especially for women.    She shares stories with us today where it reflects the passion and confidence she has for life - I know we all can use more examples of that to learn from.  She is such a fabulous advocate for people which the world needs more of for sure.  Ashley is a proud Central Michigan University Alumni - another reason I got "Fired Up" for this interview.  I hope you enjoy the lessons she offers here today.  If you are interested in reaching out to Ashley - you can find her on Instagram:  @ascheetz9  and by email:  ascheetz9@gmail.com     Thanks for listening.  Please take a few moments to subscribe & share this with someone, also leave a 5 Star rating on Apple Podcasts and ITunes or other services where you find this show.  Find me on Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/coachtoexpectsuccess/   on Twitter:  @coachtosuccess   and on Instagram at:  @coachjohndaly  - My YouTube Channel is at: Coach John Daly.   You can also head on over to https://www.coachtoexpectsuccess.com/ and get in touch with me there on my homepage along with checking out my Top Book list too.  Other things there on my site are being worked on – especially my blog page where I am back to blogging now.

Interview With Justin Faught - A Great Storyteller - Podcast #346

I got back to interviewing people that can make a difference with others.  Justin Faught is one of those for sure & I get to count him as a friend and coworker.  He spends some time with me here sharing a little behind-the-scenes look as to how he ended up as an educator who makes a difference.  He's a fellow Central Michigan University Chippewa and he shares some great stories about difference makers in his life.  He also shared the title of this book that he said made a big impact on him - "The Hitchhikers Guide to the Universe" by Douglas Adams.  Looks like I got another book to add to my reading list. ;-)    Thanks for listening.  Please take a few moments to subscribe & share this with someone, also leave a 5 Star rating on ITunes or other services where you find this show.  Find me on Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/coachtoexpectsuccess/   on Twitter:  @coachtosuccess   and on Instagram at:  @coachjohndaly  You can also head on over to https://www.coachtoexpectsuccess.com/ and get in touch with me there on my homepage along with checking out my Top Book list too.  Other things there on my site are being worked on – especially my blog page where I am back to blogging now.
