25 years ago, Arun Alleluia ( RE/MAX Kelowna ) drove from the west end of Toronto all the way across Canada, to deliver a car here as a favour to a friend. When he saw the mountains for the first time, his decision to move here was almost instantaneous. In Kelowna, Arun first worked as a bouncer, then at a record store, and then with a little help from family, started a very successful real estate investing career. In 2015 he became a REALTOR® and was successful from day 1. 

Learn what it's like to be a landlord in Kelowna, and what it means to be a great realtor who is beloved by clients and peers alike. This was a fun interview with a lot of great stories shared.
