    Beaucoup d'entre vous, j'en suis sûre, sont persuadés que le content marketing est une bonne forme de marketing...


    Beaucoup plus intelligente, intéressante et inspirante que le marketing traditionnel...

    mais beaucoup d'entre vous se disent aussi que le content marketing n'est pas fait pour leur entreprise car celle-ci n'est pas suffisamment sexy ou considérée comme quelque peu ennuyeuse.


    Eh bien, vous avez tort ! (sauf votre respect ;-)

    En fait, c'est peut être même bien le contraire…


    Car en partant de ce postulat pensé par la majorité, on ne produit pas de contenu et donc le domaine en question reste opaque et flou…


    C'est le cas pour beaucoup de domaines... notamment le domaine financier, chimique, médical ou encore le domaine de l'énergie, de l'assurance et j'en passe.


    Ce trou béant dans certains domaines d’activités est une véritable aubaine pour créer du contenu qui soit qualitatif et qui bouscule les codes pour être ‘top of mind’ dans la tête de vos prospects, partenaires et clients et ainsi créer de la notoriété pour votre entreprise…


    Alors... comment débuter le travail de création de contenu dans ce type d'entreprise?


    Tout d'abord, nous vous conseillons de discuter avec vos collègues du département Sales ou encore les product managers.

    Eux sauront les questions les plus fréquemment posées par vos utilisateurs finaux.


    À partir de ces discussions, vous pourrez construire une partie de vos piliers de contenus en simplifiant et en rationalisant toutes les questions et interrogations que votre produit ou service soulève.


    Une autre partie de votre contenu peut être pensée en allant à la rencontre de vos clients.

    Recherchez des histoires qui montrent comment votre produit a un impact.

    Obtenez des études de cas, capturez des témoignages de clients.

    Enfin, dernière piste à étudier lorsque vous cherchez des sujets, regardez ce que fait la concurrence...

    Pas pour copier bien sûr, mais bien pour vous différencier, apporter de l'originalité et surtout pour augmenter la qualité et la pertinence des informations. 

    Étudier d'autres domaines d'activité vous permettra aussi de recueillir des best practices.


    Faites juste attention à une chose...

    Votre contenu n'a pas besoin de ne parler que de votre produit, on ne le répètera jamais assez.

    Il doit parler des problèmes qu'ils résolvent, des situations dans lesquelles ils sont utilisés.

    Vous devez apporter de la valeur plus que vendre!

    Chez Absolute, nous appliquons la règle des 70/30… c’est-à-dire 70% de contenu inspirationnel pour 30% de contenu produit ou service, directement lié à votre business.

    C'est toute la stratégie du content marketing 😉


    Une fois que vous avez listé les différents sujets à aborder dans votre stratégie de contenu, un autre conseil est d'être simple et visuel...

    Une image, infographie, vidéo ou carrousel vaut mieux que 1.000 mots.

    Transcrivez donc vos idées de la manière la plus simple possible.

    Évitez le jargon et le vocabulaire business.

    L'épisode du jour va parler de la seule chose à laquelle tout marketeur devrait penser... roulement de tambour... j'ai nommé son client final


    Et non son propre boss ou le grand patron auquel on veut faire plaisir en pensant qu'il aimerait telle ou telle action marketing 🙂


    Non, non, ce n'est pas comme ca que ca devrait marcher.


    Alors bien sur en plus de créer ou de faire évoluer vos produits et services en fonction des feedback ou des besoins de vos clients, les fonctions marketing d'une entreprise doivent elles aussi se baser sur le client pour réfléchir à leurs actions.


    Cela passe tout d'abord par dresser le portrait-robot de vos différents grands groupes cibles. 

    Ce que nous appelons dans notre jargon des buyer personas ou personas tout court.


    En règle générale, on recommande de définir 4 ou 5 profils représentatifs différents. Ce chiffre peut bien sur varier selon votre activité. Mais n'en faites pas trop quand même :-)


    La définition de ces persona est basée sur des informations biographiques et démographiques, des critères psychologiques, des motivations ou encore des objectifs. 

    Il jouera un rôle déterminant dans votre stratégie d'inbound marketing, car il est celui pour qui vous créerez du contenu.


    Alors maintenant se pose deux hypothèses: 

    Hypothèse 1:

    Vous créez tout fraichement votre entreprise ou votre nouveau projet entrepreneurial et donc vous n'avez pas encore de client.

    Dans ce cas, il faudra pour définir vos personas vous baser sur des études de marché, des analyses de votre secteur d'activité, l'étude de la concurrence ou encore des enquêtes d'un panel de personnes que vous rencontrerez dans les premiers mois de votre activité.


    Hypothèse 2:

    Votre entreprise existe depuis un certain temps et vous avez à votre disposition des data-base de clients ou encore des abonnés sur les réseaux sociaux que vous pouvez analyser comme point de départ.


    Dans tous les cas, l'ensemble des éléments recueillis doivent permettre d'identifier les caractéristiques communes à chacun des consommateurs de votre marque et vous aider ainsi à générer vos personas.

    A partir de ces constats et avec une bonne liste des questions à vous poser vous devriez ensuite pouvoir faire des grandes catégories de clients.

    Hubspot la fameuse plateforme CRM a fait une long liste de 100 questions... je ne vais pas vous les énoncer toutes ici mais je vous mets le lien dans la description de l'épisode (lien).


    Et dernière astuce, mais super importante!
    échangez avec vos collègues sur votre vision de vos clients ou prospects. 


    Une fois ce travail assez amusant fait, il sera temps de nommer votre Buyer Persona.

    L’usage veut que l’on donne un prénom facile à prononcer et un nom de famille correspondant au métier 🙂

    N'oubliez pas dans votre questionnement de vous demander, par quel biais vos différentes personas s'informent.


    Cette question vous permettra de définir les différents touchpoints ou canaux pour y publier vos contenus.  


    Et voila! vous êtes maintenant prêts à commencer le travail de stratégie éditoriale et de ton of voice pour aboutir à un calendrier éditorial qui tient la route!
