    Tradara McLaurine is a three-time alumna of Indiana State University with two bachelor’s degrees one in accounting, one in legal studies and her master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education and her certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from eCornell.

    She has over 15 years’ experience working in higher education in the areas of career advising, academic advising, student conduct, conferences and events, programming, teaching and residential life.

    Tradara currently holds certifications as a Certified Diversity Professional from the Institute of Diversity Certification, Certified Trainer for Understanding and Engaging Under-Resourced College Students from Bridges Out of Poverty and a certified Predictive Index Practitioner.

    She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, board member for Junior Achievement and United Campus Ministries. Tradara has articles published in the American Association for Employment in Education Job Search Handbook and Diversity: Recruitment Partners in Education.

    In July 2017, she published two children’s books titled “Why Mommy Works” and “Why Daddy Works”. In November 2017, the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce recognized Tradara as 12 under 40. She and her family own multiple businesses in Indiana and one in Chicago. She has spoken at various leadership conferences and have served as a keynote speaker for a regional conference.

    Her third children’s book “I Want A Nickname” releases in June 2022. She loves spending time with her family, crocheting, watching tv, reading and learning.

    Sakinna J is a social worker, certified life coach, and best selling author who enjoys working with people from vulnerable populations; children with disabilities, individuals living with HIV/AIDS, domestic violence survivors, those experiencing homelessness, and veterans. 

    She is a Philadelphia native who currently resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with the love of her life and their five daughters.

    Patricia McClenon-Harris is a teacher, author, poet, and mother.  She is a grief coach certified by the From Grief to Gratitude program and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is passionate about sharing her experiences with grief to support others who are coping with loss.

    Patricia knows there are many types of grief and that everyone’s journey is as unique as the individual. She gives them the tools they need to create space to heal.

    Dr. Carter-Marshall is a Certified Christian Life Coach, Counselor, Survivor Advocate, and Associate Minister at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Springfield, OH. Her doctorate is in Law and Public Policy. Additionally, she holds a B.S. and M.S. in Criminal Justice, and an M.A. in Pastoral Counseling.
