But don't be fooled by its small size, because this little ring is packed with an array of advanced sensors that can track your sleep, heart rate, temperature, and activity levels. It's like having a personal health coach right on your finger!

    One of my favorite features of the Oura ring is its sleep tracking capabilities. With its built-in sensors, it measures the time and quality of your sleep while providing valuable insights into your sleep patterns. By analyzing your sleep stages, it can determine both the duration and the effectiveness of your sleep. This information is especially helpful for those looking to improve their overall well-being. This has been so eye opening for me to see! When you have this info it also tells you how β€˜ready’ you are to tackle your day; so should you take it easy during a workout the next day? How did eating too close to bedtime affect your sleep and yes, how did having that glass of wine affect your sleep too. HUGE eye opening pieces of data....
