Look I know what your thinking after reading the title, and you're partially right, we're gonna discuss Aliens, UFO's, UAP, Extraterrestrials, whatever you wanna call them at some point during this episode. However the incident that occurred near Roswell, New Mexico, is important to history as it set off what can only be described as Alien Fever. Area 51 came along shortly after and due to the secrecy of this military testing ground it was instantly tied to the UFO occurrences and conspiracies. It probably didn't help that the Top Secret aircraft making test flights from Area 51 were unlike anything anyone had ever seen on this planet. Join us as we break down and sift through the bullshit to explore these fascinating places.

On July 8, 1947 Public Information Officer Walter Haut of the Roswell Army Air Field in New Mexico issued a press release indicating that a flying saucer had been found in the desert. By the next day, the Army had changed their tune, stating the object had actually been a weather balloon, but it was too late.
Rumors that a UFO had crashed in the area, and that an alien body was recovered from the wreckage, spread fast. Ever since, Roswell has been synonymous with UFOs. The city of Roswell has embraced their status as UFO ground zero and hosts an annual festival that attracts visitors from around the world.
Paris Marx is joined by Kelsey Atherton to discuss the renewed interest in UFOs, where the conspiracy theories of aliens in the sky came from, and whether flying saucers might really be watching us.

Elizabeth Klarer was a South African woman who, starting in 1956, publicly claimed to have been contacted by aliens multiple times between 1954 and 1963. Klarer's first visitation supposedly occurred when she was seven and she was one of the first women to claim a sexual relationship with an extraterrestrial. She promoted an ideal of a better world and beliefs in a cosmic consciousness.

Look, in the sky! Is that a bird? A plane? Grandma? Nope, its just this week's episode of SkeleTales. The ladies once again gaze skyward to discuss the mysterious phenomena known as UFOs.
Alissa discusses the Ariel School Incident, an alien encounter witnessed by dozens of children on a Zimbabwean schoolyard in the early 1990s. The aliens reportedly looked a bit like Michael Jackson and Alissa is now wishing she had made some kind of moonwalk joke during the retelling of this incident.
Britt tells of a golden disc in Colorado and of a rash of aliens of the miniature variety that plagued Southeast Asia during the 1970s. The ladies also space out a bit pontificating the motivations of hiding alien technologies from the world.
