91- HOW DO I FIGHT THESE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS?
We all experience negative thoughts about ourselves or others from time to time. For example, a co-worker made a rude comment about your work and the conversation lingers in your head. It's like a bad jingle circulating in your mind and sometimes for days. In this episode, I share with you some of the tools that have been helpful to me.
If at any time you are overwhelmed please seek medical expertise that can help you to navigate through the challenges you face.
