Esta semana parte llena de descontrol y desafíos. En el capítulo anterior MC³ declaró ir al concierto de Aespa, pero ¿Habrán conseguido entrada cuando la fila virtual era de 30mil personas? 

Durante el concierto de Jackson Wang el entusiasmo y ansias del público, provocaron ciertos incidentes y un descontrol que cruzó las fronteras, llegando hasta México ¿Qué habrá pasado por allá? 

El descontrol también se tomó las redes sociales cuando salieron a la luz fotos de Lisa, V y Park Bogum en Francia. Mientras que también estuvieron en boca de varios las apariciones de Jennie, Aespa, Rosé y Krystal en Cannes. 

Mientras algunas fans se descontrolaron esta semana, otras se pegaron el show. Enhypen volvió con su nuevo mini álbum "Dark Blood" y su canción principal "Bite me" a pesar de que una maravilla, las fans se quejaron y no de manera sutil. 

KARD también volvió a los escenarios con la canción "ICKY" parte de su 6to mini álbum ¿Habrá logrado conquistar el corazón de las MCs? 

Declaramos de alto impacto el 1er mini álbum de JooHoney. Las MCs³ quedaron anonadas, con la boca abierta con el MV de la canción Freedom ¿Pensamos que sería así el debut de este integrante de Monsta X?

Nuestro tema central habla de una realidad que viven muchos trainees y idols de la industria del Kpop. Miya, ex integrante de GWSN, durante esta semana se atrevió hablar de este lado oscuro que tiene este mundo.

Hello folks!

So we had Ricki Friedman scheduled for today, but her car broke down and apparently she was given the wrong timing, meaning I was left without a guest last minute.

Enchanted is a 2007 musical fantasy romantic comedy Directed by Kevin Lima, the PERFECT person to direct this, as he is responsible for a lot of Disney’s animated hits… The Goofy Movie, 101 Dalmatians, Tarzan, he was a writer for Aladdin, a character designer on the Little Mermaid, Visual Director on Beauty and the Beast; this guy knows Disney Fairytales.

Enchanted begins as an animated story, we meet Giselle, your classic Disney Princess. Giselle lives in the woods with all of her favourite adorable woodland creatures, she is played by Amy Adams.

Then we meet Edward, THE PRINCE, played by James Marsden. Edward is seen capturing a troll when he HEARS the beautiful singing of Giselle, he tromps through the forest and finds her, they complete each others songs and immediately fall in love, to be wed the very next day.

Edwards mother in law doesn’t want Edward to marry because she will no longer be queen. This is Queen Narissa played by Susan Sarandon, so SHE hatches a plan to teleport Giselle to a place where love doesn’t exist. Giselle goes from being animated in a Disney fairytale to being a real life, live action human in New York City.

Eventually she will also meet Robert Philip played by Patrick Dempsey and Morgan Philip his daughter and Nancy Tremaine played by Idina Menzel.

Por otro lado, Kang Daniel, el niño símbolo de Experiencia kpop nos entregó "The story" un full álbum de 10 canciones, siendo "Upside Down" la principal de este.
Después de meses el programa Queendom 2 llega a su final. Las MCs hacen sus apuestas ¿Quiénes se convertirán en las próximas reinas del kpop? ¿Será Viviz? O tal vez ¿Hyolyn? El resultado lo sabremos el próximo 2 de junio.

¡Y fuera! ¡Y fuera! Tanto el público coreano como internacional esperan la salida de Kim Garam, integrante de Lesserafim  quién está en hiatus a pocas semanas de su debut. It’s not easy admitting that a lifelong passion isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. That’s exactly what happened to Chef Allen Campbell — who years ago, discovered that playing the role of chef came at a cost to his physical and mental health. 

The result? Campbell switched gears, becoming a consultant and, recently, the personal wellness chef for New England Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen. 

He coauthored his first book with Brady, The TB12 Nutrition Manual, and recently wrote The Game of Eating Smart, a collaboration with MLB and 21 top MLB players.

Campbell joined us from his home in Boston to talk about sleeping in sun porches, the dangers of sugar, and the role chefs play in helping all of us eat healthier and more sustainable.
