It is really something to be into a new year. Taking yourself seriously can be a great thing and a detriment to your enjoyment of life. It all depends on how nuanced you are and how well you are at balancing seriousness and playfulness. We tend to err on the side of playful over seriousness and we have found that the more we are true to that, the more we enjoy ourselves and the more friends we make along the way. We call back to learning to be creative (or any technical skill) and how that plays a roll in how serious you need to be as well as how that may effect a job you want or have. …As Taylor's saying goes: "You gotta be a good hang".

Change can be quite scary, but we urge you to view it differently. Change can be very good! We talk a lot about the things that help us cope with change and what has made change more palatable for us. For Taylor, it's been becoming very comfortable in himself. This happened through exercise and diet. For Nicole, it's being more mentally driven. Finding what helps you stay centered will help you deal with change! The moral of this story: center yourself in what makes you the best version of yourself, with the best habits you can maintain and change will come along and it won't phase you too heavily.
