In this episode of Becoming HeadStrong, Coach Josh talks about being grateful and acknowledging it each day. This can help you stay present and keep the life around you in perspective. Along with this, Coach Josh also talks about his Thanksgiving experience back in Minnesota and how it reminded him of an exercise he uses with clients. 

Today’s Promise: Psalm 145:8

Here are four character qualities of God listed in this promise.

1. God is gracious. God’s grace is His love in action. Grace is getting what you don’t deserve.

2. God is merciful. Mercy is not getting what you do deserve.

3. God is slow to anger. God always gives room for repentance. At times, His anger is poured out in righteous judgment, but only as a last resort.

4. God is great in lovingkindness. Lovingkindness is commitment love. It is God’s lovingkindness that releases His grace and mercy into your life.

'I'm sorry' is probably one of the most used phrases by women in our society.  We have been conditioned to use this phrase not just when we have done something hurtful or wrong, but very often even when we are taking up space as a human.  Today we're going to take a closer look at why it's important to stop apologizing for being a breathing human and how to acknowledge our space in the world with more gratitude and grace.
