코로나19 확산으로 인한 사회적 거리두기 조치가 완화되면서 직장인들의 재택근무가 어떻게 될지 직장인들의 관심이 쏠리고 있습니다. 최근 실시한 조사에 따르면, 직장인 6명 중 1명은 재택근무 경험이 있으며 재택근무만 하는 직장인도 지난해 총 114만 명이라고 하는데요. 거리두기 조치가 완화된다고 해서 코로나 이전으로 근무형태를 되돌리기는 어려울 것으로 보입니다. 업종에 따라 재택근무를 크게 늘리는 곳도 있는가 하면, 전 직원 출근을 추진하는 곳도 속속 보이고 있습니다. 한편, 재택근무의 원조격인 미국에서는 오히려 선제적으로 재택근무에서 벗어나려는 움직임을 보이고 있습니다. 구글, 마이크로소프트는 최근 재택근무를 철회하고 출근과 재택의 중간 형태인 '하이브리드 근무'를 도입해 출근 일수를 조금씩 늘려가고 있습니다.
