    Clear Your Calendar: Finding Clarity and Alignment By Learning to Listen to the Body

    Are you listening?  Your body is talking to you, and what it is saying can be the key to having the confidence to clear your calendar once and for all of anything that is not aligned with the life you want to create. 

    This episode first talks about how the body is speaking to you and how you can use the signals it is giving you to learn what you need to be  doing less of and more of throughout your day, week or month.

    The second part of the episode is a simple guided meditation that can be used to strengthen your ability to cue into what the body is telling you. With practice you can learn to use your body as a guide for decisions big  and small, helping you have clarity around what you do with your time and schedule.
