    What should we expect from the presidential debate?

    President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump will meet in the first presidential debate of the 2024 election. KRLD will carry the full CNN debate on Thursday at 8 p.m., followed by a 90-minute discussion after the debate with local reaction. According to a new survey, 60% of Americans said they planned to watch all or some of the debate. Dr. Thomas Gray from the University of Texas at Dallas joined Ask the Expert on Wednesday for a preview.

    Travel agents are still using the phrase, "revenge travel" to describe the number of people that want to go somewhere out of town for summer vacations. This year's Fourth of July could be the most traveled weekend ever with almost 71 million people going somewhere for the holiday that falls on a Thursday this year. That's 5% more than last year and 8% more than five years ago. Daniel Armbruster from AAA Texas joined the Ask the Expert on Thursday.
