What does it mean to transform?  What does it mean to be aware of our awareness?  Many think it’s a one-time thing, or there is a starting point and a finishing point, but for the soul, it’s lifetimes. 

Each time we reincarnate, we do so to continue our evolution, heal our past, understand ourselves better, and prepare for the future. The events or situations we experience can be specifically for healing or to help others heal.  It might not be THE event that helps us understand what or how we need healing.    In all our life events and experiences, we become aware of our awareness.   Being aware of our awareness means we also understand what triggers us – what makes us feel sad, defeated, frustrated, or not heard. You might struggle to know how you feel or not pinpoint a root cause that created the feeling; this is when the universe provides similar examples so you can master the emotion and understand the levels of feelings.   

When we become aware of our awareness, interrupt our cycles, then consciously direct our energy differently, we effectively use our power. This is how we transmute energy.  This is how we transform.
