Would it add value to your life to hear mental health professionals and advocates share their authentic stories related to mental health? If so, this is the perfect podcast for you!

For the 69th episode and 6th episode of Season 4, Vincent A. Lanci brings on the show's first guest from Italy, Claudio Longhitano.

This is the first episode of the new bonus series "How Writing Helps".

Writing is a valuable way to manage stress and take care of your mental health. There are many forms of writing that we can engage in, and Host Vincent A. Lanci will bring on writers of all forms to discuss how their writing has improved their mental health journey.

Born in Sicily in 1997, he studied and began writing on the island until 19 years old, when he moved to Turin to study about another lifelong passion.

Words always meant a lot to today’s guest, so much so he decided to major in Public & Political Communication while starting a Freelance Career in Speech-Writing.

On December of last year, he launched his website and brand: abloodywriter.com to share advice, thoughts, ideas, and rules about the writing world.

Longhitano will share his mental health experiences and how writing helps him manage them.

His experiences will add incredible value to your lives and allow you to feel ready to tackle the day.
