En este episodio, Fer nos platica de Castilla la Mancha como región de vinos así como de Ribera del Duero, región en donde vive y labora actualmente. Fer y yo entablamos una conversación espontánea y técnica al final del episodio comparando parámetros de los vinos que estoy haciéndo actualmente con los que ella esta haciendo.

Fernanda Vázquez Martínez es mexicana y cuenta con un Máster en Viticultura, Enología y Comercialización del Vino por parte de la Universidad de Castilla – La Mancha finalizado en el 2017.

Fer es actualmente la enóloga responsable de producción para Bodegas y Viñedos Tamaral en Peñafiel Valladolid. 

Fer fue responsable y analista de laboratorio enológico para la bodega de Juvé & Camps y también fue practicante de enología y viticultura para la Bodega Pago del Vicario en Castilla-La Mancha

In vino veritas. En el último episodio de la temporada, nos enfrascamos en una discusión de historia, vino y Propiedad Intelectual junto a Gonzalo Rojas.

En este episodio mi amigo Vicente y yo tenemos una charla sobre las acciones que las bodegas están implementando para combatir los efectos económicos y sociales del COVID-19. Tenemos también una plática espontanea sobre el Ironman y su comparación con el vino y bueno a lo largo del episodio Vicente nos relata su inmensa pasión por el vino a través de su proyecto Pinea.

Hace algunos años, Vicente y su amigo de la infancia Hugo Del Pozzo, fundaron su bodega en Ribera del Duero - Bodegas PINEA (www.pinea.wine), y lo hicieron con un simple pero ambicioso propósito:  producir uno de los mejores vinos del mundo.  Para lograr dicho propósito, compraron casi 40  hectáreas de viñedos de gran potencial (con viñas de 40, 70 y 90+ años de edad) ubicadas en un lugar privilegiado de la Ribera (al norte de Olmedillo de Roa y Villatuelda donde la elevación de 900+ M y exposición solar de 360 grados nos permite crecer Tempranillo en la mejor de las condiciones).
