旋轉袖肌撕裂 || 識郁適動ep16 ||
肩旋轉袖肌撕裂傷是一條或多條肩旋轉袖肌腱撕裂。撕裂的嚴重程度可以有很大的差別 ，撕裂時間越長，肩部會變得越脆弱；而撕裂範圍越大，治療後的結果也較不理想。所以一定唔好拖症，肩部有問題記得盡早諮詢物理治療師和醫生意見喇。
