    Cacao Ceremony Testimonials

    Cacao Ceremony Testimonials

Cacao Ceremonies are a beautiful way to shift our energy into our heartspace. They are becoming increasingly popular, because as humans we need ritual to enable us to step back from our day to day responsibilities, and create space to unwind and reflect.  Using cacao as medicine is a fun and non-harmful way to do that. Kate Magic’s Cacao Ceremonies include gratitude, intention setting, visualisation, manifestation creation, gentle yoga and guided meditation. They can last from 2hrs to 7hrs, and are held online or in person. This recording is the closing 10 mins of a Cacao Ceremony Kate did for Emma and Steve of The Cardiff School of Naturopathy. You can hear in the participants voices how moved they were by the 2hr online ceremony, and hear from them how powerful they found it. To find out when the next Cacao Ceremony is, go to the events page at Raw Living. If you would love Kate to host a ceremony in your area or online for you, email kate@rawliving.eu.

S2E2: India's forgotten sex slaves - the Jogini girls
The Dalit people are known as the "untouchables" of India - people tainted by their birth into a cast system that deems them less than human. Within this marginalised group exists the practice of dedicating young girls to the temple where they are to become Jogini Girls, dedicated to a life of sexual service to any man in the village.

Part 2: Harnessing your Networks with Anita Zielina

Part 2: Harnessing your Networks with Anita Zielina

Season 4 of Who Run The World will be a little bit different from the previous seasons. On the one hand we have started a mini series called Who Run The Time (look for the pink icon) to help you through the quarantine with light hearted short content. On the other we're producing a multi-part series following Marilyn and Rhea's journeys through their work life and its new chapters (listen to part 1 for more).

In this episode we invite Anita, who is an expert at mining her networks, to give Rhea and Marilyn advice and a challenge on the issues they are having with their own networks. Rhea does't feel comfortable asking others for emotional support, and Marilyn always confuses friends with advisors.
