    Last week was amazing at Sales Mastery! I want to first thank @ Todd Duncan for the opportunity and then thank him for the entire event! It was sold out and jammed packed! In addition, there were so many great takeaways! Here’s a 10,000ft perspective of my time on stage with Todd this last week!

    0:30 - What is the most important leadership lesson you’ve learned?

    1:00 - Success is a lousy teacher. Remember, we can also learn from others mistakes! Learning how ‘not’ do something, from observing other leaders over time has drastically shortened my learning curve as a leader.

    1:40 – Make sure to have a process & mechanism in place to help you learn from others at a high level. Without that you would have to get to that level, start making the same mistakes, & only then would you have to learn and adapt.

    2:00 – The Dangers of a “Yes” Man/Woman In Leadership. The value of a “war-room” vs “bored-room”! Lesson take-away:  Leader crave refinement!
