Jeff and Brad discuss their experiences while purchasing a tow company and offer some advice according to what they've seen. The question of how to value or sell a tow company is asked frequently on social media and most of the answers you see are not good. A great place to start is to talk to your attorney and accountant so they can offer suggestions that benefit and protect you.
