The physical Heart; We can't make it here without it. The pancreas, liver and kidneys are also among the organs first attacked by diet, drugs and alcohol.  There is no transplant list for those by self abuse.  I know first hand.

Dieting is not easy.  Eat better gradually.   If you smoke, gradually wean yourself off, that's how I did.  Begin to think of cigarettes as they are, nasty.

See, God gives us a Great Mind.

Finding the Right Balance for Combat Encounters

Finding the Right Balance for Combat Encounters
This week we look at how to make build a combat encounter that is both challenging, and fun -- deadly, yet winnable. We discuss all the different factors at play, from multi-monster battles to Boss fights. If you want something that is scary, something where the players feel the heat -- while also providing them opportunities to shine -- we've got ideas to help you create a truly "balanced" encounter. Yet, even with balance, death does happen. And it can be great for the story. We talk a bit about what to do if the fight takes an unexpected twist. Caught in the Net

    Caught in the Net
We have an adversary who is very good at setting traps and snares. When we give in to temptation or head down the wrong path, we easily get entangled in sin. Much like a crab in a net, we cannot disentangle ourselves. If you are caught in a snare, turn from pride, look to the Lord and allow him to pluck your feet out of the net.-------- Thank you for listening! Your support of Joni and Friends helps make this show possible.   Joni and Friends envisions a world where every person with a disability finds hope, dignity, and their place in the body of Christ.
