    027 // Kyllian Hazes ❤️ Snatch // Duimpjeworstelen

Best Songs by Pantera - “If You Have to Pick 3 …”

Best Songs by Pantera - “If You Have to Pick 3 …”

2019 marks 15 years since the tragic murder of Dimebag Darrell, and a year since the sudden death of Vinnie Paul. As part of Pantera, the Abbott brothers, Phil Anselmo and Rex Brown produced some of metal’s heaviest anthems that still influence artists today, even years after the band’s implosion… but if you had to pick Pantera’s three best songs, which would they be?

That’s the tough call being decided in this episode of Epic Footnote Productions’ “If You Have to Pick 3 … ,” a podcast where Matt Gamba and Zach Shaw have to pick their top three choices on any given topic (bands, albums, songs, genres, whatever!). After they each share their personal favorites, they then have to come to an agreement on a final top 3.

Rockcast 145 - Backstage With Nonpoint
Kaytie and I got out on the 'Celebration of Life for Vinnie Paul' tour that of course featured Hellyeah! It also featured a direct support set from our old friends in Nonpoint. It's been too long since we've sat down with full band to talk. So we did, and we discussed music, the industry, life, touring, and of course the influence of the one and only Vinnie Paul.

*note* Since the recording of this episode it has been announced that guitarist BC Kochmit will be leaving the band to spend more time with his family.

Earthday Birthday grew out of it's Downtown Orlando venue, so the search brought us to a big field by Orlando International Airport called Lee Vista Center, where the festival stayed for 3 years. Rob Zombie's pyrotechnics at Earthday Birthday 9, the incredible lineup of EDBDX, and the once-in-a-lifetime onstage performance from Metal Royalty at Earthday Birthday 11. Pat Lynch, Taco Bob, Dickerman, and Rick Everett share their stories, along with commentary from former WJRR Promotions Director Josh Egolf and Earthday Birthday Producer David Siminou.

Episode 136 - Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels

This week, we watch a large cast of morons stumble their way through a series of crimes. The film debut of both Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones, this low budget cockney masterpiece came from the hopes and hard work of the cast and crew, and also the pockets of their families. The film’s soundtrack was so good, Madonna married the director. Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels (1998), directed by Guy Ritchie.
