This week we welcome Bryan Arvelo back on the podcast to talk about what it's like to have been in ministry now for 1 Year. We talk about finding strengths and weaknesses, managing time well, and finding balance in the business of life and ministry.
Bryan is in a unique role in his pastorate as he is the youth/ associate pastor of over 5 churches. He is speaking in Spanish and although he was raised in a Spanish home but is way more comfortable speaking in English. In every church we work in there are always unique ministry challenges. God has called you to ministry and equips you for ministry. Be confident in Him and you will excel.
