Remember, these feelings are temporary, and with time and effort, you can move forward.

      No matter what life throws at us, we have the inner resources to cope. It's important to help and support each other, and to keep moving forward. Remember, you have all the experiences you've gone through that have prepared you for any situation. So, keep going and face the sunshine.
