    There are three main components in your well-being; mind, body, and spirit. 

    In looking at the body, you have three areas.

    • Sleep
    • Nutrition
    • Fitness/Intentional Movement/Exercise

    So taking each of these, you want to create a story (a narrative) that supports your desired outcome for your body.

    Consider these the bodies of your scripted story.

    1. Rejuvenation & Restoration (Sleep) - You need to make sure you are getting what you personally need to be well-rested.
    2. Nourishment & Fulfillment (Nutrition) - What story are you reinforcing that will elevate your cells and build you up from the inside out? In other words, what are you feeding your body?
    3. Strength and Endurance (Fitness) - You don't have to settle with what you have and where you are. Determine what you want and go after it.

    You will live out the story you keep telling yourself. If you don't like the story, then change it. And when you are in the middle of the mess changing what you don't like, that transition will be uncomfortable. But like with everything, the reward is great. The transition will bring transformation.

    Nothing is impossible. And your well-being is so worth all the effort.

    Even though uncertain times seem to hold you back, you can still move forward.

    Your story is your advantage.

    You watch the cliché rom-coms and sitcoms.

    They tell you to be witty, urbane, “sassy”, sophisticated. And that’s what everyone wants to portray on their profile on Bumble, Tinder, Hinge, Grab-a-mate, Blah-bar (Ok, I made up those last two up).

    What hardly anyone does in conversation pay an actual memorable compliment.

    And this doesn’t just for for online dating. It’s also lacking in many flesh-and-blood conversations. Both men and women defer to trying to look impressive (through their career, fancy degree, social status) instead of making a real connection.

    One reason we avoid being genuine in our compliments is because we’re scared to put ourselves on the line. And yet, there is this weird phenomenon: we tend to like people who actually see something special about us.
