    Kasina Hemanth Kumar, 33, hatte Verdauungsprobleme und Beschwerden mit Hämorrhoiden. Außerdem wollte er nicht wie die anderen Mitglieder seiner Familie ab 40 an Diabetes und Herz-Kreislaufstörungen leiden. So kam er zunächst auf die Weston A. Price Ernährung über das Buch „Zellnahrung“ von Dr. Catherine Shanahan. Seit einem Jahr ist er allerdings strikt Carnivore und es geht ihm sehr gut damit. Er berichtet, wie er getreu seinem Motto „Let’s go ancestral“ auch in anderen Aspekten des Lebens sehr auf Natürlichkeit achtet. So geht er möglichst viel raus an die Natur, betreibt dort Calisthenics und trägt nur Kleider aus Baumwolle, Wolle oder Leinen. Außerdem achtet er darauf, keine Parfums in seiner Umgebung zu haben, um möglichst keine hormonellen Disruptoren abzubekommen. Mit seinem Lehmtopf (Earthen pot) von „Blackpearl“ vertreibt er ein Kochgeschirr aus Afrika, das ohne Beschichtungen, ganz natürlich und ursprünglich ist.
