Your words, thoughts, beliefs, and what you share with the world matter, but uncovering how to share that voice with the world isn't always an overnight success.

In today's episode, Kristin shares her own experiences, struggles, and triumphs with finding her true authentic voice. Listen as Kristin uncovers the steps to help you discover your voice, and she hones in on the importance of asking the Creator, getting quiet, and pressing pause on the noise that might be influencing us. 

Kristin gives listeners many questions to stir things up by helping you become more aware of your inner voice. We all have bumps and bruises and have hit roadblocks, but the world still needs who you were designed to be.

Sometimes, it takes a bit of clarity, and Kristin shares valuable tools and practices to help you dig deeper and eliminate the noise. Uncovering your voice can feel scary, indicating, and daunting. While the process isn't always easy, it is always worth it.

You may or may not have seen my post on Facebook about my cousin, Tara Schutz untimely passing.  What you probably don't know is that she is the cousin I refer to in several episodes of my podcast. 

She was so proud of the work she was doing in changing. Today, I explain some of her life challenges and the different person she became by "Doing the Work"! She hated doing the work. In life she usually opted to not do the work to change herself. She was fiercely loyal to her family but not so much to herself.

That changed when she started to listen to Toddtalks! She decided to do the work. She's the one that got me into the life coaching side of things. She told me I should be her life coach so I started working with her. And the changes in her were night and day, as darkness is to light! She went from a place of darkness to light and I was blessed to be a part of that.

This is a tribute to her and includes how doing the work helped her, and how it can help you to change, grow, love, live, and be happier!
