The end of 2023 is near, which means new years resolutions are already beginning to take shape for some folks. We’re thinking about changes to make for next year, and there has to be a foundational understanding that habits and consistency are going to be the catalyst to help us achieve our desired results.

Statistically speaking, over half of the people who created New Year’s resolutions will have already quit their resolutions by the second Friday in January, which is known as Quitter’s Day.
Habits (11:20)
Growth and comfort can’t co-exist. Studies show that it takes 66 days, on average, to form a habit. Habits are not a finish line to be crossed. Rather, they’re a lifestyle to be lived.

For many of us, we quit too early when new challenges get too hard. At times, we quit when we begin to feel discomfort. By quitting, we’re robbing ourselves of opportunities to experience growth.
