Breaking Free: Unraveling Codependency with Your Past Self

Embark on a transformative journey as we delve into the intricate dynamics of our relationships—with ourselves. Discover the profound impact of codependency on your past, present, and future self.

Today's focus is on codependency, not in the context of external relationships, but within the intricate web of our own existence.

We dissect the three players in your relationship with yourself: the past self, a repository of nostalgia and insights; the ever-transforming current self; and the visionary future self. Unveil the connection between them and understand that your future self thrives on a healthy relationship between the past and present.

Dive into the definition of codependency in the context of self-relationships, exploring the patterns and characteristics shaped by childhood experiences. Uncover the persona, 'shoulds' and the self-critical tendencies that contribute to low self-esteem. Recognize the need for control, caretaking, and the victim state that perpetuates cycles of dependency.

But fear not, as we present a solution: releasing codependency for a co-creative relationship with your past self. Learn the art of making her feel safe, addressing rejection, judgment, and abuse, and finally, allowing her to play her part in the co-creation of your future self.

Join us on this liberating journey from codependency to empowerment. Share in the revelations, resonate with the insights, and take the first step towards unlocking your true potential. Don't miss this episode that promises a roadmap to self-liberation and a profound shift in your relationship with your past, present, and future self.

    81. The Emotional Liberation of Deep Engagement: Contemplating The Week of 06.19.23

What does the ‘emotional liberation’ mean for you? How does emotional liberation look like for you, specifically as the human that you are? What role does resourcing internal safety play in bridging emotional liberation and deep engagement with life?

In this offering, I'm sharing my personal notes and contemplations about the week ahead. Combining astrology, tarot, the Akashic & Cosmic Body perspectives, and guidance from my sacred ancestors, healing guides and my own spirit, I hope these messages will serve you as you walk your path.

While this contemplation was inspired by the energy and the astrology of the week of 06.19.23, I also offer the possibility that the message here is relevant for you - even if you found the episode sometime in the future.

This week, we have Jupiter in a sextile with Saturn, Mercury in a sextile with Mars, the Sun in a sextile with the North Node. The Sun moves into Cancer and Mercury squares Neptune.

Ep. #164 The Clients Journey Of Awakening

Ep. #164 The Clients Journey Of Awakening

What is it actually like to go through the process of 1:1 coaching?
The Client's Journey Of Awakening is the actual process of how we unlearn, learn and relearn.
But not in a 100% traditional way. Not through the process of institutionalized dogma, yet by growing cultivating your awareness and strengthening your trust in your intuition.

We use principals of cognitive behavior, feminine wisdom and self inquiry through mindfulness practices.

Awareness, Education & Growth are the the steps.
But first you have to decide to say yes from a place of love.  Giving your future self a change. To your potential.  To not letting alcohol get more of your attention.
You know what the truth is and you am ready to go beyond.

We aren’t figuring out how to keep alcohol around.
We are figuring out why it’s important in the first place and how to make it unimportant.

Say YES to learning a new way.

My clients who have the biggest break thoughts the quickest are intrigued to learn about self inquiry. They showed up and did the work because they said they would. They take personal responsibility and have integrity.

They decide to get the most out of our time together. They are prepared. They take the plan we make, they implement it and they report back.

You can decide to say yes and be the best client for you, by showing up.
The first step is one call away.

I want to personally invite you to spend one hour with me.
Because you deserve to know what’s holding you back.
    It’s your time.
Alcohol has had its fair share.
How you can get on the fast track to freedom from alcohol and stay there.

Emotional Liberation and its Role in Self Transformation | Episode 40

Emotional Liberation and its Role in Self Transformation | Episode 40

In this podcast, we focus on Emotional Liberation and its role in Self-Transformation, both Personal and Spiritual Transformation. Emotional liberation as defined here is about letting go of all negative emotions or beliefs we have, including self-loathing views we have about ourselves, and any negative views we hold against others. Any form of negativity separates you from your true nature, which has tremendous capacity for love, curiosity, courage, and honor. The goal of this presentation is to bring awareness to these negative emotions, and provide the key to liberate from them. Consider finding and liberating yourselves from any self-limiting negativity and doubt, you notice in you.

This podcast covers the following topics:

    - What is the role of emotional liberation in self-transformation?

    - Where do our negative emotions and beliefs come from?

    - How can we experience emotional liberation?

Any transformation requires full intention, devotion, and pledge to the process, but without liberation from negativity, such transformation won’t be as complete or lasting. That makes emotional liberation a necessary part of transformation. The main takeaway here is to realize how our negative views about ourselves or others prevent us from becoming who we want to be, or creating the life we deserve and want.
