Post Partum Parenting: From the eyes of an amazing mother and author ep11

Hold onto your baby bonnets and grab your sense of humor, folks! In this uproarious episode, we plunge headfirst into the whirlwind world of parenthood with the witty and wise Suzanne Yatim Aslam. We're talking diapers, dilemmas, and the all-important 'Post-Partum Me.'

Together with your host Chananya Abraham, Suzanne takes us on a side-splitting journey through the chaos and comedy of raising not one, but two little rascals, all while battling post-partum depression. We dish out the laughs as she spills the beans on her husband's super-supportive role and the incredible support that kept her afloat.

But don't be fooled by the laughter; beneath the humor lies a trove of valuable lessons. We explore the crucial importance of leaning on family, the bravery in asking for help, and the liberating act of not bottling it all in.

Suzanne shares her latest masterpiece, "Post-partum Me," a book that will have you nodding in agreement, chuckling at the chaos, and realizing that it's okay to give yourself a break (or two). After all, parenting is an adventure, and self-care is your compass.

So, tune in for a bellyful of laughs, a heartful of wisdom, and a pocketful of parenting survival tips. After all, there's no "I" in parenting, but there is one in "Post-Partum Me."
