    Phil is an English former professional darts player, widely considered the greatest darts player of all time. Nicknamed The Power, he dominated darts for over two decades and won 214 professional tournaments, including a record 85 major titles and a record 16 World Championships. In 2015, the BBC rated Taylor among the ten greatest British sportsmen of the last 35 years.

    Join us in an empowering discussion with Lisa Nikolich, a Clinical Trial Assistant, Biomedical Science enthusiast, and proud Australian. Lisa's journey in health and nutrition is filled with trials and triumphs, culminating in her adoption of the Carnivore diet.

    In this enlightening conversation, Lisa shares bonus material about her remarkable health transformation. Since adopting the Carnivore diet, she's lost multiple kilos of fat and experienced an increase in bone density, even without exercising.

    At 16, Lisa left home for Japan and Singapore, performing in cabaret shows where maintaining a certain weight was critical. However, her journey with dieting took a dramatic turn when she was advised to gain weight for the first time in her life. She experimented with diets like the watermelon diet and the Israeli army diet, but these approaches were unsustainable and led to issues such as fainting on stage and requiring knee surgery.

    Upon becoming a mother at 29, Lisa gained 29kg and spent the next 15 years seeking answers for her inability to return to her pre-pregnancy weight. Despite being a Pilates instructor and believing she was doing everything right, the traditional advice of "eat less, move more" did not work for her.

    Lisa was struggling with high reverse T3 and explored fasting as a remedy, even moderating a fasting group led by Jason Fung.

    Lisa has been on the Carnivore diet for 18 months, with her primary focus being weight loss. However, the strict lockdown measures in Perth during COVID-19 affected her mental health, leading to a weight gain of 15kg. In November 2022, she found herself in a psychiatric hospital for 10 days, an experience that gave her perspective on her journey.

    Embracing the belief that she is better at abstaining than moderating, Lisa returned to the Carnivore diet. Since then, she has lost 15kg (33lbs) an

    Welcome to a powerful and inspirational interview with Stephen Williams, a thriving strength coach who has combated the debilitating symptoms of Crohn's and IBS through the Carnivore diet.     A troubled teenager, expelled from school at 15, he squandered his youth and resources on reckless behavior and substance abuse.
