Eric is one of the owners of Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters in Colorado. Sweet Bloom is one of the best specialty coffee in Colorado if not the United States. Eric talks a lot about hospitality, merging two coffee shops into one, and how to grow well with your business. Eric is raw and real and even eludes to some exciting things coming for Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters in the future. Business owners, specialty coffee follows, no matter where you find yourself there is something for everyone in this episode.

It has been long overdue. My dream for starting a coffee shop goes back many years. Hopefully, 2022 is the year I can make that dream become a reality. Like all ventures though there is risk involved.  I know things can change quickly and not go as planned but I am pretty confident that this will be something we can pull off in 2022. I hope the series I am about to document is beneficial to you and I hope Cedar Ota is a place we can all gather one day and meet, drink coffee, and discuss the shenanigans we are about to embark upon! Chris is a young entrepreneur born with a kick start for branding. You should see the in-store designs and text he throws on coffee cups. He's designed everything to be a shared social media craze, making people WANT to post on their social media what kind of coffee they got.
