    TRUSTING YOURSELF & YOUR EXPERTISE

    TRUSTING YOURSELF & YOUR EXPERTISE

One of the topics that's come up as I’m coaching clients inside Confident Women Lead is that we get frustrated or mad with other people at work when they make a decision or change decisions and said decision then has a negative impact on us. Especially when it’s one that you feel could have been avoided if they would have listened to you to begin with.

In todays episode let’s talk about Trusting Yourself, Your Voice and Your Expertise.

227: Confidence & Making Time with Judith Gaton

227: Confidence & Making Time with Judith Gaton

Today I want to introduce you to my new friend, Judith Gaton. She's smart, she's sassy, and she has a fashion sense.

Judith also happens to be a former managing partner turned style coach.

In our conversation, we talk exactly how she shifted from litigator to coach while practicing full time.

As you know, I made the same shift, and that means we talk time management, mind management, and trying new things.

We also talk about our first impression of coaching when we were introduced to it. It may not be what you'd expect.

And one of my favorite parts of this conversation is how you can show up as your most authentic self, even at the office or in court.

Listen in and be inspired to take action in your own life.

219: Build Up Your Baseline Belief

219: Build Up Your Baseline Belief

Whatever results you have in your life right now were created because of a belief you had in yourself, your abilities, or what was possible.

    You went to law school.

Presumably you believed that you'd make it through law school, pass the Bar, and get a job.

You'd only invest 6 figures in yourself ahead of time because you had that belief.

Even though there was no guarantee of getting any of that, you still invested.

You had to believe in yourself, your capabilities and what was possible.

If you didn't believe, you'd have said, "Nice try, Law School. I'm no sucker. I'm not giving you my money."

Instead, you believed you could create the results you wanted: a degree and a job.

Our results are only as good as the belief we have that we can create them.

Then why is it so hard to do things like:

    • start a new practice or business
    • manage your time, or
    • build your book of business

It's because you haven't built your belief you can do those things.

    That's okay.

Belief is a learnable skill, and I'm going to teach it to you.

I'm sharing what it takes to build up belief in yourself, your capabilities and what's possible, so you can create the results you want in your life.

    You'll learn:

    • your current baseline belief
    • the current results it's creating for you
    • how to shift your baseline belief step-by-step to get the results you want

Building up your baseline belief will give you the foundation you need to create the results you want in your life.
