    Lapsikaappaukset Ruotsin ja Suomen välillä

Lapsikaappauksia Ruotsin ja Suomen tapahtuu joka vuosi. Lapsikaappaaja on yleensä lapsen vanhempi.

Beliefs Unveiled: Recognizing Limiting Beliefs and Their Grip on Our Potential

Beliefs Unveiled: Recognizing Limiting Beliefs and Their Grip on Our Potential

In their continued search for insights into the impact of thoughts, Jenni and Suze discuss coaching concepts about limiting and empowering beliefs. Coaching is a culmination of human’s lifelong search for the “good life,” from the times of Aristotle all the way to the influence of Positive Psychology, as Jenni gives us a little history and context.

To create a better life, we have to look at how our thinking influences every aspect of us. Jenni educates us about the difference between limiting and empowering beliefs, including looking at how limiting beliefs are different from distorted thinking and irrational beliefs that they discussed earlier this season.

Jenni created a handout to use in this episode’s Maxer Method. Please look for the Beliefs Checklist at insightmaximizers.com/handouts. They hope listeners will join them in working the Maxer Method to identify limiting beliefs and change those thoughts to empowering beliefs.

    • That by recognizing who on your team is good at what, you can maximize efficiency, results, and the overall happiness of the team. (10:55)
    • How it is very easy to fall into the trap that if we love a task or do it will that everyone else must be the same. (12:37)
    • About how we create conflict by miss-using, overusing or under-using our strengths and not because two strengths really conflict. (13:07)
    • How Jenni has helped teams learn to thrive together by learning their strengths. (17:22)
    • Why we shouldn't focus on our weaknesses. (22:26)

Emily Thomas - Host of The Struggling Well Project Podcast - "If it's not good, it's not done." EP7

Emily Thomas is a riot!  She is funny, flat-out honest, completely relatable, and the host of a wildly successful podcast called the The Struggling Well Project Podcast.  In this conversation, Emily covers some of the details that led her into a super-quick decision to get engaged after knowing a man for only one day.  She recounts the subtle abuse that led her to feel hostage and the sweet way God met her as she escaped.

Emily believes that perfection is nonsense and the peace is only a perspective away.  She is funny and deep, and I think you are going to want to follow her and look out for her upcoming online course for moms and women.
