    The Three P's

    The Three P's

Here it is a new year - 2024. Perhaps you are one of the many, who with good intent, make new years resolutions and/or goals. We see areas in our life that we need to address like health, eating or other areas we just know we need to work on. The vast majority of people who set these goals with good intentions fail to do one important thing - plan. This is the same with following CHRIST JESUS. Christians can fall into this same trap. We can set goals, some may be unrealistic (ill read the entire bible 4 times this year). Others are great and accomplish-able, but we fail to plan in a realistic manner. Lastly, what we all need and especially the Christian is discipline. The greatest need for a believer is to value and prize knowing GOD the FATHER and the LORD JESUS CHRIST above all things and people. Scripture tells us we are in need of three primary goals to be in a good place to bear much good fruit. Those areas are:

    1. Plan - what is the reading plan your going to have in place and be able to stick to it realistically. You know you don't have to read the entire bible in one year...but it is really a tremendous benefit to your growth.

    2. Prayer - we need to be in prayer daily, often and immediately

    3. Participation - are you engaging and in fellowship with other believers/saints?

Join with me, Shane Sands, as I share on these three aspects needed in the Christian life. As always, leave a comment, like/dislike the video and if you have a thought/idea for a topic let me know. Grace and peace everyone.

    Take care.

Glory to GOD! Worthy is the LAMB!

Sex Series: A ‘Not So Black and White’ Conversation About Consent with Lisa Chatham Part 2

WE'RE BACK!! Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. On this weeks episode we've got the second part to our interview with the legendary Lisa Chatham. We cover a lot of ground from consent with partners and owning our wanting, speaking boundaries, polyamory and consenting non-monogamy, what it means to be a hell yes, and much more. The conversation of consent is one we could have indefinitely, and we grappled with such ideas, as not being damaged goods as a survivor of sexual assault and what it might mean to have a somatic practice in order to get back into our bodies after long moments of dissociation. We are all worthy of excellent sexual experiences so press play and enjoy!

The 5 things you're not doing to leverage channel partnerships for your B2B SaaS with Duane Dufault

When scaling up to larger customers, there are five key areas that require attention. The first is winning business, which involves attracting and securing new customers.

The second key area is crystal-clear ICP. Not just your partnership's ICP, but who EXACTLY fits the solution your partnership solves problems for. And you do this by truly understanding who your partner is, who they sell to, and how your solution fits into your ICP’s business process.

The third key area is Partner Support. Help your partners win by educating them on the thing I just walked you through. Teach them how to close more deals using the solution and do it often, And you do that by Creating a partner battlecard.

The fourth key area Give more than you get. This shows you mean what you say and want to win together. Don’t just ask for leads.

The fifth key is partner under sales. To build a valuable partner ecosystem for your business, you need to have an old-school way of doing business.

Overall, when scaling up to larger customers, it is important to focus on these five key areas: winning business, Crystal Clear ICP, Partner Support, Give more than you get. and Partner is under sales. By paying attention to these areas, businesses can increase their chances of success and effectively scale their operations.

Ownership VS Partnership | Episode 49

Ownership VS Partnership | Episode 49

We all should desire ownership in some capacity whether that’s owning shares in the company you work for, starting a business with 100% ownership, or even owning your home.

The goal is to own one day, but you might have to start with collaborating and partnering with someone else to get you closer to ownership. If you must go the route of partnership for a season, it’s not a bad decision to enter one because of all the benefits partnership brings.

The secret to partnership is having a plan before going into partnership and having an exit strategy of when to exit the partnership.

In this episode, LJ and Lady Siza discuss ownership, collaboration, and partnership. What’s their take? Plus, they discuss @KanyeWest and @ElonMusk with their decision on leaving a partnership and the other owning a business.
