Melanie has built a great team and she shares her advice for hiring team members, and the qualities she looks for when making new hires.

Melanie shares the challenges which come along when working with manufacturers or third parties to produce your products, and things to be aware of when you’re looking to scale your business.

Melanie has done so many events, and even continued doing weekly events throughout the pandemic, where she’s had people lining up to shop from her for over 5 hours, and she shares why she puts so much value on these events and shares why she values that face-to-face customer interaction so much, as well as how she extrapolates the information she gets from these interactions in order to grow her business.

We chat about the importance of building a community of like-minded entrepreneurs around you, learning to dance with fear, and so much more.
