    Intentionality in Planning

    Intentionality in Planning

As a network marketer, I am connected with a lot of fellow moms with young kids. So I understand very well that there’s no time to waste! So intentionality is important because it makes you aware of what you do with your time.

In business, talking about intentionality is not just about planning what’s on your day to day. It also debunks the negative myth of entrepreneurship (especially in startups) that is hustle and grind. Because as human beings, that’s impossible. We can’t be hustling all day everyday!

Productivity is important as entrepreneurs (because you’re producing) but it also provides a lot of guilt and shame when you’re doing other things that is not considered “productive” (which is totally fine to do so!) It’s also important to step out from your business once in a while and do other things that would give you rest and refresh.

That’s why it’s important to provide yourself some structure. And to be intentional in planning, always ask yourself, “why am I doing this?

    How to plan intentionally

A pro-tip from Vince is that instead of having a “to-do-list” (which feels like you are being told what to do,) have a list of “I choose to do these things today.

We will be tackling about a lot of intentionality hacks in this episode so be sure to hop on! Also check out previous episode for tips on how to apply intentionality.
